I would like work making documentaries because I would like have access to the different ways of life in all the world. I would like to understand the reason why we all are so similar and, at the same time, so unique as societies. I would love to have the possibility to travel around the world trying catch the different cultures and their thoughts. Also learn about their habits and internalize, using my anthropology career, for take all this experiences and content to tell others making a video, audio, records, etc. about the topics that I would find.
I think to make this job I have to finish my career, and then, I would like to take a course of editing to have the necessary skills to be able to edit my own videos like a professional. I think that to make this type of job you must have desire of knowledge, I mean, I’ll have to always want to investigate and meet new people. Also I think that is very important know how communicate with all the persons that I could find for make a connection with them. The sense of adventure, be risky and take the chances is fundamental.
Fantastic, this is a very interesting work area. How did you realised you wanted to do this?
ResponderEliminarI don't really have an answer for this, I think when you put together a bunch of things you love it can result in something you never thought of, but I really like to learn and understand things and well I love the world of low quality films.
EliminarI would love to see a documentary made by you, I think you could be that famous ethnographer that in the future will appear in the biggest magazines. What subject would you like to document?
ResponderEliminarThank you very much. I would like to document everything even what is not my forte. I guess when we are learning things we always want to know more, maybe in the future this will change and I will focus on a specific subject but that will be a question for the future.
